Locate PO

NOTE: Prior to starting this step, ensure your workbench is set up correctly by following the training link below.

Ariba Workbench Setup (New View) 

CLICK Orders tile.

CLICK Edit Filter > CLICK Exact Match > enter desired PO number in field > CLICK Apply

Always ensure entries are submitted on the latest version of the PO. CLICK on desired PO number to start submitting.

• Pro tip : If a PO is "obsoleted" this means there is a newer version to submit on
