All fees associated with an Enterprise account must be settled before downgrading to a Standard account.
Downgrade Instructions:
To downgrade from an Enterprise account to a Standard account, an email request needs to be submitted from the administrator of the your account to the Ariba email address listed below. The subject line of your email should provide your ANID # followed by <Downgrade> as in the example below.
