Root Cause

The split coding does not add up to 100 percent.

Solution / Action Required

Split was not entered properly. Ensure the following: 

1. The split is in wholenumbers, no decimals. 
   • 33%, 33%, 34%
2. The split is by percentage.
3. In order to correct, you must enter the entry from scratch. Do not click edit/resubmit or it will reject again.
