Sometimes when there is a failed/rejected service sheet or invoice, our FreshDesk team will need to request assistance from our internal Murphy IT department. If we request a CXML file of the entry, below is how to download and send.
1) Locate the failed/rejected entry in question. CLICK into the entry
2) Locate the Export CXML button OR the download button on the right to download the CXML. OR 3) Once downloaded, it will look like a strange coded document. Send the document to our support team. Example CXML document: |
