Root Cause

1. The service start and end date were made mandatory in SAP on September 29, 2016. Previously, suppliers were required to enter the header dates and not the line item dates. 

1. In the above error, the supplier entered dates on the line item level but not on the header level. This type of date entry was not configured to map to ECC (SAP) which lead to the rejection.

Solution / Action Required

Supplier must resubmit the service sheet with both a start and end date.
